End of semester presentations

You're almost done! Now what?

End of semester presentations are your opportunity to reflect upon your lab work and to discuss what you have gained from the experience. Presentations occur in the last 2 lab meetings of each semester. Follow the attached template for inspiration.

Final Presentation Template

Presentations should be 5-10 minutes in length and should discuss the study that you worked on, your role in the lab, and how these two factors extend to broader themes in child development research. While you do not need to conduct your own study, some individuals in the past have completed basic data analyses to present. Others have discussed trends that they observed in coding and how they interpreted them. This is not intended to be a hefty task, but rather a fun way to wrap up lab work and connect with other lab members.

Presentations are completed in groups of 3 or 4. Alternatively, you may write a 3-page reflection (double-spaced) addressing the same topics outlined above. Final reflections are to be submitted to Dr. Casasola by the last day of presentations.
